With the recent rise of travelers looking for dry vacations in order to detox after quarantine, here are a number of mocktail - or non-alcoholic cocktail - recipes from top destinations across the globe:

Ingredients 1 oz honey 1 1/2 oz frozen maracuya (passion fruit) puree 4-5 slices of cucumber 1 1/2 oz ginger beer 1 1/2 oz fresh lime juice Ice Directions Place cucumber and honey in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add pineapple puree and lime juice. Shake with ice vigorously. Strain into copper mug. Top with ginger beer and stir.

1/2 oz of ume syrup
1/2 oz of soda water
1/2 oz matcha
Muddle the umeboshi and ume syrup. Strain into a glass. Add the soda water and mix in the matcha. Pour over ice.

2 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz coconut syrup
1/2 oz strawberry syrup
2 oz cream
Mix together the pineapple juice, strawberry syrup and coconut syrup in a shaker. Pout into a glass and add the cream. Stir.
